Michael Jackson’s Doctor On Suicide Watch, Family and Friends React

Dr. Conrad Murray, who yesterday was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the June 25, 2009, death of Michael Jackson, was sent to prison in advance of his November 29th sentencing. And now, a prison official speaking of condition of anonymity says the doctor isn’t in such great emotional shape.

In fact, he’s on a suicide watch.

Meantime, Michael Jackson’s parents, Joe and Katherine, released a statement about the verdict. They said they are “ecstatic” and that “justice has finally been served.”

The Jacksons also added that while they know nothing will bring their son back, they are happy about the verdict and can’t wait to go home to MJ’s children.
